I spent 12 years in the laboratory world, doing lab testing, quality management, documentation, audits, and all the behind-the-scenes work that kept everything running. Lab work is meticulous. The details matter, and small mistakes can have big consequences. It's the unsexy work that makes everything else possible, and it turns out, I really like that kind of work.
These days I'm a virtual assistant and automation nerd. I work with CEOs, business owners, and creators who are great at what they do and need someone else to handle the details, build the systems, and figure out how to make everything run smoother.
I'm also a homeschooling mom of a 12-year-old, which means I deeply understand what it feels like when there genuinely isn't enough time in the day. The fix isn't more grit. It's better systems. (And, often, the right AI workflow doing the boring 80%.)
